The House to vote on a Senate-passed version of a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding bill. This bill will not only fund DHS through September 2015, it also does not contain any language blocking implementation of President Obama’s Executive Action plan as it relates to the DACA expansion and the implementation of DAPA. This now clears the way for a final court decision on the Administration’s ability to set enforcement priorities.  The bill will go to the President for signature.
