Sarah Collins is a Senior Associate Attorney well versed in guiding clients through the complex corporate immigration landscape. She specializes in employment-based solutions for clients in the hi-tech ad IoT industries, developing strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
Sarah graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019. As a student attorney in the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, she successfully represented clients with complex issues facing removal and assisted in several state legislative efforts to improve the lives of immigrants. Sarah was Co-Founder and Vice President of the Student Immigration Law Coalition and was an Associate Editor of the Denver Law Review. She also gained experience in immigration law through positions with CU Denver’s International Student and Scholar Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and as an AILA volunteer. Prior to joining Brown, Sarah practiced with an immigration firm located in Denver, where her practice involved representing clients in a wide range of employment-based non-immigrant matters, including H-1B, TN, L-1s and O visas, as well as immigrant matters such as National Interest Waivers and Outstanding Researcher petitions.
Sarah has a passion for international travel and has lived in Panama, Chile, and Thailand. Outside of work, Sarah loves to practice yoga, ride her bike, hike and explore with her dog, “Birdie,” and watch Colorado Avalanche hockey.
