H-1B Cap 2021 Fourth Round Final Selection Notices

On Monday, February 28, 2022, USCIS confirmed that it has received a sufficient number of H-1B petitions from the 2021 lottery to meet the statutory caps for fiscal year 2022. Most of our clients did not have any additional selections in this fourth round as it was a very limited draw, but every registrant was given notice. This officially closes out the FY2022 cap and clearly signals that FY2023 is the path forward. We will continue to keep all our clients up to date on H-1B Cap information. Today, March 1, 2022, USCIS will start accepting registrations for the FY2023 lottery.
