Cole is an Associate Attorney at Brown Immigration Law supporting clients with diversified solutions for their business immigration needs – from nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, and others, to all aspects of the green card process, as well as supporting business visits around the globe. 

Cole earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While in law school, he emphasized transactional real estate and natural resource law and worked in the First Amendment Clinic, where he defended free speech rights and strengthened his advocacy skills to support the needs of his clients. 

Outside the office, Cole enjoys going to the gym and reading. He has a strong interest in history and is always ready to share an entertaining historical story. He is also a loyal Husker football fan who is convinced that next season will be the breakthrough, despite mounting evidence from past seasons to the contrary. Surefire evidence that he is not one to give up easily.
