U.S. Corporate Immigration

Efficient.
Strategic.
Confident.

Every business is unique, as is every immigration scenario. With the majority of our corporate clients based in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area, we understand the sense of urgency in high-growth industries as well as the personal nature of immigration matters for employees. We balance those concerns by prioritizing efficiency and quality in all aspects of our work.

We assist with all aspects of employment-based sponsorship in the U.S., from nonimmigrant visas to permanent residency, and everything in between. In each case, we work directly with the foreign national to provide continuous guidance and transparency at each step of the process, building trust with the employee and making the complex simple for the employer.

Our support extends beyond the preparation and filing of immigration paperwork – we see the person behind every case and the bigger picture of a company establishing and scaling an immigration program. We consider each employee’s short- and long-term goals for their employment in the U.S. and offer employers strategic guidance on developing favorable, cost-effective policies and other tools needed to build and maintain immigration programs in line with specific employee needs, industry standards, and overall company goals.

Nonimmigrant Services

Our team has extensive experience in a wide range of nonimmigrant classifications such as H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, J-1, F-1, and other temporary visa options. We review each candidate’s background and qualifications to determine the best option for joining the company and advise on next steps or other considerations for maintaining work authorization, including the timely filing of nonimmigrant extensions and initiating steps toward permanent residency, if applicable.

Immigrant Services

Our team is skilled in every step of the employment-based green card process, including Permanent Labor Certification (i.e., the ‘PERM’ or ETA-9089); I-140 Immigrant Petitions under the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 preference categories; and the I-485 Adjustment of Status or immigrant visa processing. We help determine the best path for each employee and provide continuous support to ensure a smooth transition from nonimmigrant to permanent resident.
