Bailey Anderson is a Founding Partner and U.S. Practice Lead at Brown Immigration Law. She has extensive experience in all aspects of employment-based sponsorship in the U.S., from nonimmigrant visas to permanent residency, and everything in between. Her practice has focused exclusively on business immigration since first graduating law school, and even before that, starting initially as a Paralegal at Brown Immigration Law during her undergrad.

Throughout her career, Bailey has developed a specialty for supporting high-growth clients. Having managed numerous startups and mid-sized companies that grew into some of the firm’s largest clients, Bailey developed a keen insight on how to best support the dynamic needs of corporate clients at every stage of growth – from streamlining processes for high demand to helping HR partners build scalable global mobility programs, including strategic policies and procedures for recruiting top-tier talent and supporting foreign workers in line with business needs.

Bailey is also the mind behind the core processes, systems, and procedures that drive Brown Immigration Law’s legal operations. As the firm grows, she ensures we have the tools and resources in place to navigate the ever-evolving immigration landscape with successful solutions and unparalleled client service. In this aspect of her role, Bailey has implemented large-scale audit procedures; built a comprehensive new hire training program; and created a unique framework for measuring productivity and performance, among other projects and continuous efforts to enhance information sharing and best practices across teams.

One of Bailey’s most critical contributions to the firm was the development of a proprietary case management platform to manage case workflows, cross-functional operations, and excellent client service. Her case management software is uniquely designed to serve not only as a foundational system for managing a high volume of cases across teams but also as a robust database which she has leveraged to build additional tools to enable data-driven decision-making. In addition, Bailey has further enhanced our service offerings by designing custom client dashboards powered by the technology she developed for internal case management. These dashboards allow us to provide corporate clients various self-service tools and enhanced visibility as well as detailed insights on their nonimmigrant worker population, casework, and filing metrics.

Bailey loves all things technology and strives to keep Brown Immigration Law on the cutting-edge of immigration legal services by designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve productivity, visibility, and desired outcomes without taking the human out of it – always mindful of the delicate balance between efficiency and the deeply personal and complex needs of clients that cannot be met by technology alone.
