Meet Our People

Bruna Beilfuss is an Associate Attorney at Brown Immigration Law, where she provides comprehensive Canadian immigration services to both corporate and individual clients. With more than a decade of legal experience spanning immigration, tax, corporate, and M&A law, she brings a business-minded perspective to immigration strategy, helping organizations and foreign nationals navigate complex cross-border matters with confidence.
She works closely with employers to develop practical immigration solutions that support workforce mobility, talent acquisition, and long-term business growth, including work permits, compliance, and strategic planning. She is particularly skilled at aligning immigration programs with broader business objectives to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Brown Immigration Law, Bruna built a legal career advising businesses on corporate transactions, restructuring, tax matters, and regulatory compliance. After being called to the Quebec Bar in 2014, she practiced corporate M&A and tax law in Québec City and Montréal, working with companies across a range of industries. She later relocated to the United States, where she continued her practice in corporate, M&A, and public finance law.
Her background gives her a distinct advantage in Canadian immigration matters, allowing her to connect legal strategy with business realities. Whether supporting multinational employers with workforce planning or guiding companies entering the Canadian market, she delivers practical, commercially grounded solutions.
Having personally navigated immigration processes in multiple countries, Bruna understands both the professional and personal dimensions of immigration. This perspective shapes her client approach and reinforces her commitment to providing clear, empathetic, and effective guidance.
Outside of her practice, Bruna enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and their daughter, Magnolia, and maintains close ties to both Canada and Brazil.
