Jane is a Managing Attorney at Brown Immigration Law and a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, emerging companies, and technology-sector leaders navigating the complexities of global mobility. She partners with employers to develop and manage immigration programs that support organizations to recruit, transfer, and retain top talent while supporting broader business objectives.

With nearly two decades of experience in business immigration law, Jane has guided clients through a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. As a result, she understands the challenges employers face when balancing compliance requirements, workforce planning, and business objectives.

Throughout her career, Jane has developed extensive experience managing high-volume immigration programs and building scalable processes for sophisticated employers. She has worked closely with clients in venture capital, e-commerce and cloud computing, skill-based gaming, higher education, and advanced manufacturing, among other industries. Additionally, she advises employers on immigration compliance, program governance, and workforce considerations related to mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate changes.

Known for her strategic mindset and practical approach, Jane helps clients balance legal requirements with operational realities. She is committed to delivering responsive, solutions-oriented guidance and believes successful immigration programs are built on strong partnerships, thoughtful planning, and exceptional client service.

Outside of her legal practice, Jane enjoys yoga, traveling with family and friends, discovering her next great read, and exploring new interests. She also loves making kimchi with her mother, a tradition that helps her stay connected to family and culture.
