Peter is an Associate Attorney at Brown Immigration Law specializing in comprehensive immigration solutions for corporate clients with global operations. Peter supports Brown Immigration Law’s U.S. and Canadian immigration practice, providing a unique perspective on leveraging strategic visa options to grow and retain foreign talent across North America. He works with a large variety of companies and foreign nationals in numerous industries including software, consulting, marketing, utilities, resource extraction, digital media, and agriculture.   

Peter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a focus on business law, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, and related corporate subjects as well as international law, including extensive study of international trade agreements like GATS and NAFTA (now USMCA), which is the foundation of multiple visa options for professional workers and intracompany transfers between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico such as TN and L-1 work authorization in United States. He also worked in the Entrepreneurship Clinic providing clients with guidance on a variety of business and start-up issues. Through these early experiences, Peter developed a passion for helping others navigate complex legal processes to realize their personal and professional goals. These interests, along with his business acumen and knowledge of other international issues, made Peter perfectly suited for a career in business immigration. 

Beyond the office, Peter leads an active lifestyle, enjoying biking, running, and practicing taekwondo. He gravitates towards the mountains, where he can indulge in hiking and nature. He is also an avid reader and enjoys diving into the science fiction genre.
