Mason is a Partner at Brown Immigration Law leading a large team in the delivery of pragmatic, bespoke solutions to large-scale clients operating primarily in the tech industry. He supports employers and foreign nationals in all areas of employment-based immigration, from nonimmigrant visas like H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2, E-3, J-1, F-1, and others, to every step of the green card process (EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM-based EB-2/EB-3, etc.), as well as facilitating global visa assistance to support business travel across numerous countries.

Mason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in international law. Prior to joining Brown Immigration Law, he practiced business immigration in Kansas City and served as the VP of Legal and Compliance for a professional language translation and interpreting company. He joined Brown Immigration Law with a wealth of knowledge and experience serving the needs of corporate clients in a variety of areas and has leveraged those skills to provide comprehensive scalable solutions for high-growth companies seeking to hire and retain foreign talent with an emphasis on global mobility.

Outside of the office, Mason enjoys spending time with his family, DIY projects around the house, backpacking, scuba diving, and traveling to explore ancient ruins and other remote destinations.
